This doctor lost his father to melanoma and wanted to raise money for melanoma research. He was reluctant to ask people for money but came up with a unique way of generating funds AND educating his patients about the disease. His plan is to donate all of the copays from his patients during May, Melanoma Awareness Month. He will accept contributions above the amount of the copay if patients wish to contribute.
